NEST Personell BiosRay Jennings - President (Legal)
As a lawyer, he has conducted numerous civil trials in the State and Federal Courts. Much of his work has involved business disputes and business litigation. He also has expertise in new business formation, contracts, employment, real estate, finance, estate planning, estate administration, and trust formation. For most of his career, Ray has been involved in benevolent, fraternal and charitable organizations. He is an active member of Weymouth Rotary Club, The Loyal Order of Moose, the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. In 2008, Ray co-founded the Benevolent Organizations of the South Shore (B.O.S.S) Network. The BOSS Network focuses on developing personal relationships between the various benevolent, charitable, fraternal, government, religious and private organizations in the area south of Boston. The BOSS network has spawned many cooperative projects between the local organizations. Over the years, Ray had been exploring new energy technologies as a possible business opportunity for himself and his business associates. One of the early opportunities that seemed most promising was a waste to electricity technology that was being developed by an engineering firm in the Boston area. The technology involved pelletizing trash and utilizing gasification to burn the fuel at high efficiency and create electricity. The prototype was the size of shipping container and was being used to power the engineering firms 20,000 square foot office space, solely with the trash generated from their offices. A few days before licensing was to begin, the engineering firm was awarded several multimillion dollar contracts from the U.S. Military. The prototype was purchase by the military for further testing and was later shelved. While some may draw the conclusion that there is a vast conspiracy to suppress new energy technology, Ray believes the fundamental problem is with the corporate model itself. Corporations owe their loyalty to the stockholder alone, not to society, not to the community and not to the environment. The traditional business model puts money above all else. Ray saw the need to develop a new business model, one that placed the community and environment above moneya new business model combines the characteristics of a benevolent organization with traditional business interests. NEST has provided that opportunity.
Chip Paul - Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer (Volunteers)
Free Energy Background: Chip has followed the free energy field since the early 1990s. In 2001 he invented a variation of the Joule Thief circuit which would go COP 2+ at times. He spent about a year trying to get funding to study, understand, and develop the effect. He did presentations to VC firms and angel investors. Several firms were very interest and preceded to the diligence phase, however, it always ended with a skeptical electrical engineer who wouldnt be open minded enough to accept the data he was seeing. Business Background: Chip spent his early working years in the IT field. He worked his way up from a programmer to an executive with a major networking company. He developed a product which allowed media rights holders (NFL, PGA Tour, NBA) to digital store, search, edit, etc video based on video negotiated very large software deals. Entrepreneurship: In 2002, Chip purchased a small chain of retail candy stores (5) and grew them into a chain of 14 retail stores in 4 states. In 2007, started a homecare company, which he still owns and operates, specializing in assisting the elderly. He has also started and partnered in several other businesses. Education: Chip has a BS in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma and 85% of his MSEE from Oklahoma State University. He has also participated in numerous business, leadership, contracts, and negotiations courses.

Anton Cloete - Board Member (IT, Website, Jobs)
In his search for practical answers that made sense, he moved increasingly towards the fringe sciences, studying traditional and natural healing modalities at first. This led him to research various philosophies and cultures which awakened his desire to better understand the integrative workings of the human being on the physical, mental, emotional and energetic (or spiritual) levels. Having practiced Natural Health for many years at the Revival Nook Centre of Natural Health in Johannesburg, he has expanded to being actively involved in educating the general public about the latest research, truths and misconceptions surrounding the principles of health and healing, which are seldom, if ever, covered by mass-media. Anton is passionate about enriching lives through informing and educating people, and has compiled and written a number of informational booklets and articles, informal workshops and courses, and has contributed contents to formal courses offered at colleges and distance learning institutions. He has also had extensive formal and informal facilitation and presentation experience, and participated in television and radio interviews, talks, presentations and courses on a wide variety of topics to people of all walks of life. Realising societys spiralling dependency on non-renewable energy sources, he began researching and experimenting with alternate means of sourcing energy, a hobby that has convinced him that other forms of generating power is not only possible, but very probable. It also ties in closely with his belief that the capitalistic outlook of our society needs to change drastically, and why he supports uplifting efforts like that of South African author and researcher Michael Tellinger, and his Contributionism system. Having invented several devices that could make life easier, but running into frustrating dead-ends due to not having had the knowledge and/or contacts to bring them to market, Anton feels the NEST group is an excellent team of knowledgeable and open minded co-workers, where he feels he can both contribute and learn, in order to move closer to his vision of a free and abundant planet. He shares in the vision of contributing to a platform where inventions to better humankind will actually be brought to market. You can stand tall without standing on someone.

Jim Schmidt - Board Member (Inventors)
Jim also worked for a short time with another company to help build a Nuclear X-ray effects shock wave simulator for use on testing the survivability of Reentry Vehicles. The approach used ganged capacitors to dump kilo joules of energy into thin plates surrounding the vehicle. This caused the plates to separate a high velocity and impacted the vehicles sending shock waves through the warhead and electronics. Jim retired early to pursue free energy research and spiritual interests. Jim was the manager of a volunteer focus group for an international organization. While there, Jim helped develop a process for implementing Holy Orders within the church Association with Free Energy I have always had a fascination with fringe science, perpetual motion machines, and Nicola Tesla since I was kid. I Have studied Nikola Books all of my life and learned about other scientist who found ways to get energy from the ground or the ether, like Henry Moray and Stubblefield. Orgone energy also fascinated me. I read the complete High School chemistry book when I was in the eighth grade. Since retiring, I have been tinkering with various projects and became interested in the motor generator of john Bedini. I thought this was practical way of introducing the public to free energy. While putting together three of the Bedini motor kits from r-charge, I gained a better understanding of the science of generating energy from the ether and what scalar waves are. I presented The Mysteries of the Bedini Motor at the 2011 Extraordinary Technology Conference in Albuquerque. At the conference I listened to Vernon Roth talk about generating Browns gas and using it for diesel engines on trucks. He also talked about using a seed to precipitate Gold from his electrolytic cell. I have since been studying Browns gas and experimenting with a simple electrolytic cell. I have replicated Vernons experiment and in working with a metallurgist have determined that we are precipitating Gold in the cell. It turns out the cell acts like a cold fusion cell and the results are similar those obtained by Mizuno and Karnarev reported in Theoretical Physics.

Mike Waters - Volunteer Advisor
He has designed, built and owned businesses in automated manufacturing systems, multi-axis robotics, experimental aircraft, custom homes, portable housing systems, disaster recovery and preservation systems now used worldwide at institutions such as the Library of Congress and the National Archives. In the past ten years Michael has focused his research on the causes of and solutions for current and emerging global crises. This work has led to the discovery of multiple breakthroughs in both unified science and technology that profoundly affect fields such as energy, health, food, water, transportation, mining, remediation, construction, sustainable community design, disaster recovery and advanced materials. Currently the focus is on funding income streams using advanced energy and mining breakthroughs.
